Lockwood Avenue, Stamford: a three-family that buyers with mortgages couldn’t close on
The problem: An older three-family with significant damage. It couldn’t pass the inspections lenders require, so buyers relying on traditional financing kept falling through. A tenant was still living there and didn’t want to move.
